Thank you for shopping at Fancy Fairy. This shipping policy describes the terms and conditions for processing, shipping, and delivery of your order.

We want to ensure complete transparency so you can shop with confidence.

 

1. Processing time

Orders are only processed on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order processing time: 1–5 business days

Orders received after 6:00 PM AEST will be processed on the next business day.

Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping time

After your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping service provider for delivery.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping provider, customs, or unforeseen delays.

3. Total delivery time

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

🇦🇺 Within Australia

  • Processing Time: 1–5 business days

  • Transit Time: 1–3 business days
    📦 Estimated Total Delivery Time: 2–8 business days

🌍 International Orders

  • Processing Time: 1–5 business days

  • Transit Time: 7–21 business days
    📦 Estimated Total Delivery Time: 8–26 business days

4. Shipping days

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.

No shipping takes place on Sundays and public holidays.

5. Order deadline

For same-day processing, orders must be received before 6:00 PM AEST on a business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

 

6. Shipping costs

We offer the following shipping options:

🇦🇺 Deliveries Within Australia

  • 📦 Orders up to $3,000 AUD → $15 AUD per parcel

  • 💰 Orders over $3,000 AUD → Free Shipping

  • ⚡ Express Shipping → $50 AUD per parcel (available for all orders)

🌍 International Deliveries

  • 📦 Orders up to $3,000 AUD → $50 AUD per parcel

  • 💰 Orders over $3,000 AUD → $100 AUD per parcel

7. Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via our tracking page.

8. Customs duties, duties & taxes

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. These costs are borne by the recipient.

We assume no responsibility for delays due to customs clearance.

 

9. Delays & Exceptions

Although we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Shipping service provider delays
  • Customs controls
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
